This Privacy Policy describes how Ignite: Startup Planner ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Guy Luz, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and this website.

This policy applies to the Ignite app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) and to this marketing website.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App and which features you enable, we may collect or process the following categories of information, as declared in our app store data safety listings:

Account information — such as your email address if you create an account or contact us for support.
Content you submit — the startup ideas, answers and plan edits you enter, which are sent to our AI providers to generate your analysis, score and action plan.
App activity — in-app interactions, generated plans, and feature usage, so we can improve the product.
Device and diagnostic information — device type, operating system version, and crash logs, to keep the App stable.
Purchase information — subscription status provided by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your full payment card details.

This website does not require an account. It stores an anonymous visitor identifier, your theme and language preferences, and campaign parameters (such as utm_* and gclid) in your browser's local storage, so that we can measure which ads and pages lead to installs.

4. How we use information

We use collected information to:

Generate your idea analysis, viability score and action plan;
Provide, maintain and improve the App and this website;
Understand which features and marketing channels work, so we can prioritize;
Respond to support requests you send us;
Diagnose crashes and technical issues;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers that make the App work — for example AI model providers that generate your plan, analytics and crash reporting, and cloud infrastructure — only to the extent necessary and subject to their own privacy policies.

The ideas you submit are processed by third-party AI providers to produce your results. Please avoid entering confidential information, trade secrets or personal data of others that you are not permitted to share.

6. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit where supported by the platform and our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

8. Your choices and rights
