Ignite is a startup planner. It helps you capture an idea, score its viability, and generate a step-by-step action plan. This page is the official support resource for the iOS and Android apps and this website.

Please include your app version, device model, and operating system version so we can help faster.

How to use Ignite

  1. Open the app and describe your startup idea in your own words.
  2. Answer the follow-up questions so the plan matches your market and constraints.
  3. Review the viability score, summary, and action plan, then edit any step you want to change.

You can sign in with email, Google, or (on iPhone and iPad) Sign in with Apple. Signing in lets you keep plans across devices and unlock premium features.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium is billed through the store you used to install the app:

  • iPhone and iPad: purchases use your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscriptions. Use Restore purchases in Ignite Settings if you reinstall the app.
  • Android: purchases use Google Play. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions.

If a charge looks wrong, email us the date, amount, and the email on your store account.
